Our ice cream cakes are the most delicious ice cream cakes available because we make them using ice cream fresh-out-of-the-churn, before the ice cream goes through the final freezing process. Because our ice cream has not yet been fully frozen, our cake molds are filled with ice cream before they go into the hardening freezer.

Most ice cream stores scoop their hardened ice cream into the cake molds, allowing it to partially melt, before placing the molds back into the hardening freezer, thus causing the ice cream to partially crystallize. It is this crystallization that causes the undesirable grittiness you find in our competitor's cakes, while Marble Slab cakes are smooth and creamy.
