How do I check the balance on my rewards account?
You can check two different ways:
Open the Rewards App, and the home screen will display how many points you have accumulated towards your next reward.
Visit marbleslab.com. Sign into your account by clicking on the rewards tab on the top navigation bar. Click on account balance.
What if I don’t receive points on my rewards account after my purchase?
Keep your receipt. You can contact customer service by clicking on the Need Help Section of the app. Provide your phone number and copy of the receipt to receive points for your purchase. If you do not have the app, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org.
What offer will I receive for my Birthday Reward and when will I receive it?
A $5 Birthday Reward will be sent to you 7 days prior to birthday, and will expire 7 days after your birthday.
Can I earn or redeem rewards with online orders?
Absolutely! Sign into your account when placing online orders and you will automatically earn points and apply a reward.
If my purchase total is less than my $5 reward, can I redeem part of it now and the rest later?
No, the total reward amount must be used in one purchase. Remaining reward balances are not redeemable for cash.
Can I add more than one user to my rewards account?
Yes. We allow up to 5 children (under 12) per account. Go to the Edit Profile section of the app to add children and their birthdays.
What if I cannot log in to my account?
Make sure you are using the correct email and/or phone number that was used to set up the account originally. You will need to reset your password using the most recent email associated with your account. The reset password link is only valid for 6 hours.
Why is my account not migrated?
Make sure you are using either the telephone number or email associated with the original account in order to migrate into the new app. For security reasons, we will confirm your email or phone number via a passcode to migrate your points and rewards.
How do I earn rewards?
Get a $5 reward once you sign up and make your first purchase. Earn one point for every $1 you spend and enjoy $5 off for every 50 points you earn. Once your account reaches 50 points, your $5 Reward will appear within the Redeem button of your app. Your points will then reset. Enjoy sweet treats and rewards during special holidays, birthdays, anniversaries and much more!
How long are my rewards valid for? Why is my reward gone?
Reward expirations vary. Check each reward for an expiration date.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Give your phone number to the employee, and then you will click Redeem on the reward you would like to use within the app.
How do I change my email?
In the Edit Profile section of app or on the Marble Slab website under Slab Happy Rewards.
What is the maximum reward amount I can redeem?
You can redeem one reward per transaction.
If I earn more than one reward, can I save them and use them later?
You can save rewards for later, but you can redeem only one reward per transaction. And each reward will have a separate expiration date.
How can I provide feedback?
